GymEthicsFitness LLC takes pride in making your fitness program interactive, easy to use, simple to follow, and full of all the information you need to be successful. Beyond a high quality of service on par with anything you'll receive face-to-face, the two primary benefits to you are savings and convenience. The cost for online services is significantly lower than those for face-to-face services, and you can complete the process from anywhere you want—at the gym, at home, at your office, or on the road.  

How Does GymEthicsFitness LLC Online Training Work?

Because working out in a gym environment can be intimidating, an inconvenience, and a critical health risk (COVID-19). The GymEthicsFitness virtual platform will allow you to attain and exceed the physical training experience of any Gym environment. It’s normal to have goals and be unsure how to achieve them, and it’s completely normal to lack motivation at times. GymEthicsFitness LLC can help you overcome your obstacles and take you to new heights on your fitness journey, no matter your fitness level and goals, we have a way to get you there by following the basic 1, 2, 3, to 10 steps below.


1.  Complete your free assessment questionnaire.


2.  You'll have the option to schedule a free (15 to 30 minutes) consultation with a certified personal trainer.


3.  Your trainer will build a customized training and nutrition plan for you within 48 to 72 hours after purchasing one of our 3 different service packages (BASIC, PREMIUM, or ELITE*Premium).


4.  If your weight loss goal consist of losing 30 or more pounds and you've purchased either a PREMIUM or ELITE*Premium package then request a 35/75 PRC-Plan contract from your personal trainer to start earning a $50 or $100 visa electronic gift card reward each month you lose or maintain your PRC-Plan contract weight.


5.  Consume your total prescribed daily meals and or daily calorie limit. **make sure to input your actual consumed servings and take advantage of the barcode search feature within your GymEthicsFitness mobile app to scan the package of any food item you consume. 


6.  Complete your daily prescribed home resistance band, gym machine/free weights, and home/gym cardio exercise routine scheduled on your daily calendar. **make sure to input your actual completed exercise variables (sets, reps, rest period, speed, and etc.) and mark each off to enable your personal trainer to receive instant notification to update your training progress.


7.  Depending on your type of service will determine the type of real-time communication access you'll have with your personal trainer. If you've enrolled to either the Elite*PREMIUM or PREMIUM service, you'll have unlimited access to text your trainer directly on their mobile phone and send unlimited emails. If you've enrolled in a BASIC plan you'll be limited to just 4-weekly email correspondence  with your personal trainer.


8.  Update your measurements and progress pictures weekly as scheduled on yourGymEthicsFitness mobile app or online portal.


9.  Depending on your type of service, it will require you complete a weekly or monthly (15 to 30 minutes) progress/feedback conference by phone or zoom meeting with your personal trainer.


10.   Based on your on-going progress with your training and nutrition plan, your trainer will consistently review your progress to make any required adjustments to your program to ensure you remain on track to hit your weight loss goal.
