The 35/75 PRC-Plan (35% over 75% Premium Reward Commitment Plan) is a rewards program created to motivate and accelerate our client’s progress to successfully achieve their weight loss goal. The 35/75-PRC Plan ensures that any client with a weight loss goal of over 30 pounds and subscribed to either a PREMIUM or ELITE-PREMIUM service plan will receive a $50 or $100 electronic visa gift card each month, 35% or 75% of their PRC goal is achieved. So, for example, if your goal is to lose 50 pounds in 6 months then you will receive a $50 visa e-gift card reward every month you maintain a weight loss of 17.5 pounds (35% of 50 pounds) or more and you’ll receive a $100 visa e-gift card reward every month you maintain a weight loss of 37.5 pounds (75% of 50 pounds) or more.

In general our assessment process enables us to gather the preliminary variables required to construct your custom training and nutrition plan. Variables like, (e.g., your TDEE, BMR, stress factors, physical restrictions, and etc) are obtained during this phase. We also gather information to have a clear picture of your specific type of diet, food allergies, preference of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and protein sources. Your assessment is a significant and meticulous process in which we religiously follow strict guidelines to ensure a tailored fit to your lifestyle and fitness goal(s). ***the assessment process typically takes 48 to 72 hours to make certain of our strict guideline practice and 100% quality assurance towards the construction of your custom training and nutrition plan.
we require/advise our client's schedule their initial 15 to 45 minutes (zoom video/phone) consultation with their assigned online personal trainer within 4 to 7 days into their initial 30-days training and nutrition schedule.
Our process of coaching clients is based on the actual management of our client’s, meal plan and exercise plan, in conjunction with tracking their adherence to prescribed meal/exercise plan and making the necessary adjustments to optimize their plan. This requires that your trainer and nutrition coach is 100% involved in the prioritization of your fitness objectives. **Prioritization of fitness objective is 1st established during our clients' initial 30 to 45 minutes (Zoom video or phone) consultation. This enables your trainer to create a dialogue/rapport to fully understand client needs, developing challenges, and weekly fitness goal-related metrics a client should achieve, in order to remain on schedule to hit their short/long term goal. Depending on client's need, which is based on their purchased service plan, our service feature of consistent weekly One-on-One live personal training sessions, 15 to 30 minutes progress/feedback consultation, and unlimited texting/email messaging with an assigned personal trainer is required to complement our trainer’s effectiveness of getting our clients' positive weight loss and strength conditioning results immediately within the initial 7 to 14 days into their custom plan.
Our live One-On-One personal training sessions are completed using a set of resistance bands and accessories We conduct our training sessions with bands because of the various advantages and benefits it has over machine and free weights. Some of the most important benefit includes, (1.) Its advantage to support your body's natural full range of motion, (2.) It's low risk to injury in comparison to free weights, (3.) It's advantage of variable resistance under constant tension, and (4.) It's portable weight, size, and flexibility to perform your exercises anywhere. The exercises that your trainer assigns and also performed during a (45 to 60 minute) personal training session can simulate virtually every workout routine you can perform on any type of equipment in a gym environment. Besides the vatious benefit of using resistance bands on a one-on-one training session, the most significant benefits exist within the Education, Motivation, Accountability, and Flexibility our clients experience with their live trainers.
Education - Your assigned personal trainer will teach you everything you need to know about exercising in general, but more specific with resistance bands. They will put together the perfect routine to help you achieve your weight loss and strength conditioning goals, and demonstrate the correct posture/technique for each exercise.
Motivation - Because exercising can become a hassle and at times you may find it difficult to have the motivation to workout, is the main benefit of a One-On-One personal training session. Even though you might have some motivation to start and maintain your exercise plan, your assigned personal trainer will give you the boost you need and encourage you to push yourself to and beyond your self imposed limits.
Accountability - From our experience it's understandable you will feel tired, procrastinate, and lose sight of your weight loss goal. Our one-on-one training session with your personal trainer will ensure that won’t happen. Sticking to your one-on-one training schedule gives you incentive to follow through and is one of the best way to achieve your weight loss goal.
Flexibility - Working with any one of GymEthicsFitness network of certified personal trainers will allow you the freedom to create your own One-On-One training schedule. Whether you prefer working out really early in the morning before work, on your lunch hour or late at night, we'll be able to assign you to a trainer that accommodates your schedule.
